I have been attending yoga class since February. So far, I have attended 8 lessons.

Last Friday was my last lesson (Actually this coming Friday is the last lesson but I have decided not to go. Wanted to save my leave for better use).

Yoga is really a good form of exercise. But I guess it’s rather hard for me if I want to continue. I’m the person whose mind always drift away in wonderland.

Though I may be physically doing all the stretches, my mind can think about what to do after lesson, where should I go, the things happened yesterday…..

It’s hard to train the mind.

But still, I like the stretching. It’s fun. Some are easy and I’m happy and fulfilling when I can do it. Some are challenging and with a little bit more effort, I can do it too. And of course, some are impossible.

Hope that I can do yoga again when time permits. In the meantime, I shall miss it.
